Purchasing a Site LicenseA site license allows an unlimited number of users to install ChemDoodle™ on up to 2 computers each. The site license is an annual subscription and will expire 13 months from the purchase date (we allow a one month grace period to make it easier for institutions to manage their purchasing). ALL upgrades during your subscription period are free; this includes major as well as minor version upgrades. All site license members are entitled to free support via email. We allow unlimited subdomains with our site licenses. Thus, if you purchase a site license for school.edu, your professors and staff will be able to request an activation code using email_address@school.edu, and your students will be able to request an activation code using an email address such as email_address@student.school.edu. Requesting activation codes is very simple for your site license members as they just input their email address into the form on the right. Purchasing a site license is easy. Click on the Buy Now button to purchase a site license. When we receive payment, we will immediately send out a confirmation email. All you have to do is reply to that email, and we will provision your license immediately. Your students or employees will be able to use your license within minutes of purchasing. Requesting a Site License Activation CodeIf your company or university purchased a site license, enter your email address below to request your activation code. The domain of your email address must match the domain specified for your ChemDoodle site license. Email subdomains are allowed as long as they are for a valid, existing email address. That is, if your site license is for school.edu, then you may request an activation code using a student email address such as email_address@student.school.edu. We will send you an activation code after you enter your email address and press the Get Activation Code button. Each site licensed user of ChemDoodle is allowed to install ChemDoodle on up to two computers. |
