ChemDoodle runs on all operating systems, works with all word processors, builds components for all web browsers, and integrates with mobile apps.

No matter the task, ChemDoodle is available

It is essential in this age to be able to interact with individuals from around the world. ChemDoodle allows you to interact with them, regardless of the tools that they use. No matter the chemical sketcher, no matter the operating system, no matter the word processor, ChemDoodle provides you with the tools to communicate.

Operating Systems

ChemDoodle runs on any operating system that Java is supported on. We fully support ChemDoodle on Windows, Mac OS X and Linux.

Word Processors

ChemDoodle can paste scalable vector graphics into your favorite word processors, including Microsoft Office, Apple iWork and OpenOffice.

Round-trip Editing

Round-trip editing allows you to insert content into 3rd party applications, and then place that same content back into ChemDoodle from that 3rd party application for further editing. Round-trip editing is currently supported on Mac OS X with Microsoft Office 2011 and several other programs. Round-trip editing is coming to Windows soon.

Browsers

ChemDoodle will help you produce interactive websites that work in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Opera.

Mobile Devices

ChemDoodle has mobile companions for iPhone and Android.
