ChemDoodle is an innovative 2D chemical drawing application designed and developed by Kevin Theisen. Created by a computational chemist, ChemDoodle is an intuitive tool for drawing chemical structures and figures. It is instantly accessible to every user and works on every operating system with Java 1.5+ installed.
Instructions
You may download ChemDoodle on the lower right. The first time you execute ChemDoodle, it will ask for an activation code. To obtain an activation code:- Verify that Java 1.5+ is installed on your computer by opening ChemDoodle. If you see our license agreement, you have the correct version of Java.
- Obtain an activation code:
- Request a free trial code to activate your copy of ChemDoodle for 14 days. This code can only be used once.
- Or, purchase a permanent code for $39 to activate your copy of ChemDoodle indefinitely. We use PayPal to process all payments. PayPal is safe and secure with more than 100 million users worldwide. You may use a credit card to pay by PayPal; you do not have to create a PayPal account. PayPal does not share any of your financial information with iChemLabs.
- The activation code will be sent via email from support@ichemlabs.com. If you do not receive the activation code within 24 hours, check your junk mail to make sure the activation code was not discarded. If you indeed did not receive it, please email customerservice@ichemlabs.com.
Activation Code

We will send the activation code to to the email address you specify here; so make sure to enter a valid email address where you want to receive the code.Click on the Buy Now icon to buy a permanent activation code via PayPal. We will send the activation code to the email address you enter at PayPal.

Download the program by clicking the appropriate operating system below. Make sure you first extract the contents of the downloaded zip archive to your hard drive before activation. Do not run ChemDoodle from inside the zip file!

The "Other" operating system above consists of a pure java version of ChemDoodle. While we provide this version for download, it is experimental and we are unable to provide support for the "Other" version of ChemDoodle at this time.
